VINCLAIR Patrick

Dr. Patrick Vinclair is a veterinary medicine expert with over 30 years of leadership in preclinical research, laboratory animal science, and welfare management. He holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the National Veterinary School of Toulouse, a specialized diploma in Laboratory Animal Science and Medicine, and an MBA from IAE/University of Toulouse I.

Since 2015, he has served as Vice President of BioServices & Welfare at Evotec, leading pharmacokinetics and early toxicology teams, managing complex studies, and ensuring compliance with EU and AAALAC standards. He also oversees comprehensive animal care programs and joined AAALAC International as an Ad Hoc Consultant in 2025.

Previously, Dr. Vinclair directed laboratory animal research and welfare in the pharmaceutical industry, developed innovative models, secured AAALAC accreditation, and implemented animal information systems. He lectures on animal regulations and actively contributes to ethics and professional bodies, promoting excellence in animal welfare and research efficiency.
